As a registered seller, you will be able to add your property details to our database. We will then actively match your property details to our buyers requirements and email them details of your property.
We will advertise your property on our website, other websites and by using offline marketing. Exact methods of marketing will depend on your chosen advertising package, details of which can be found here
By listing your property for sale on this website you will be able to feature at least one photograph of your property, a full written description, descriptions and photographs of individual rooms or features, video of your property*, a virtual tour*, a printable page of your details. Every listing will also provide extra features including links to area crime figures, local schools, a map of the location, neighbourhood Info, car parking and other useful information required by buyers.
Every listing will also include the facility for visitors to share your property listing with over 350 social bookmarking and social networking websites.
Your Privacy..
When listing your property, you will be given the choice of what information you want displayed on the site. You will be able to include or exclude the following.. Telephone number, mobile phone number, fax number, website URL, ‘about you’ information. For your total privacy, you may exclude all information, every listing will have a link that says ‘Contact Agent’ or ‘Contact Seller’ and you may use this to receive enquiries from buyers by email. At no time is your email address shown, all enquiries using this method come via our website.
What we will not do..
We do not provide property valuations or suggest asking prices although we do provide links to other websites such as the Land Registry and others that can help you decide this for yourself.
We do not get involved in any stage of negotiation regarding buying or selling of property. This is done by you and the buyer.
We do not provide any legal services such as property conveyancing, you should employ the services of solicitor for this purpose.
