What you can expect from us as a registered buyer..
We are not estate agents. We provide a listing service for sellers, both private, agents and landlords. We also provide a service that matches buyers to sellers.
As a registered buyer, you will be able to add your requirements to our database and set up search criteria. We will then actively match your requirements to our sellers properties.
We will email you details of properties that match your requirements. We may also from time to time recommend other services that may be of interest to you such as mortgages, conveyancing, etc. You should be aware that we may or may not earn a commission from these recommendations.
Should you be interested in one of our sellers properties, you will be able to contact the seller directly via our website. It is then up to you to make contact with the seller and arrange an appointment with them to view the property and put in an offer if interested.
There is no charge to register as a buyer. This is a free service and you may unsubscribe from it at any time.
What we will not do..
We do not get involved in any stage of negotiation regarding buying or selling of property. This is done by you and the seller or if an agent is selling the property for someone else, between you and the agent.
We do not provide any legal services such as property conveyancing, you should employ the services of solicitor for this purpose.
