We will launching our ‘GOLD Plus’ package in the very near future and will be looking for agents to visit sellers properties and take details / photos / video etc.
Each of our agents has an area that they share with only 2 others. These areas are based on the UK postcodes for example..
An agent can choose to operate in up to 10 areas. So for example if you were to choose the postal code of BH which is the Bournemouth area, this is then further divided into smaller areas as per this map..
You would then choose up to 10 sub areas such as BH21, BH31, BH 25, BH 24 etc

As an agent you will be required to carry out the following tasks..
- Take digital photographs of the inside and outside of properties.
- Take details of the property including room sizes and descriptions.
- Record video footage of the property (if required)
- Make appointments for you to visit the customer
- Enter the information you have collected into an online form
- Upload photos to the same form
- email video footage to the office
- Make floor plans using a simple software package (supplied)
These are the basic tasks that will be required of you, not difficult but you will require some equipment to be able to complete the work. Things you will need are..
- Digital camera
- Video camera (or quality still camera with video facility)
- Laptop or home PC
- Internet connection (Mobile dongle to do work on customers premises – not required but easier!)
- Digital tape measure (For measuring room sizes)
- Mobile phone
- Car or other form of transport
You will also need ..
- No technical experience
- To be hard working
- To have a degree of common sense
- To be self-motivated
- Drive and determination to succeed
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Have good ‘people skills’
- A reasonable understanding of computers and the internet (Can you send an email and fill in a form? Yes? You’re OK then!)
