 What to do when you introduce a new affiliate member

1, Send your new member a personal welcome email Click here to see an example email.

2, Log in to the private members support site (www.e-lottery.ning.com ) and send an invite for them to join us.

3, Check to see if they have joined the support site, if they have, write a welcome message on their wall. If they haven't joined, give them a few days then email them again and encourage them to join. Not every member you introduce will join, but those who do are the ones you want to work with.

4, Encourage them to join in the chat room with you (access chat via the little green box at the bottom left of the screen) Give them all the help and support they need. If they have questions you can't answer, don't lie, tell them you don't know but you will find out or tell them to ask me!

You may also wish to periodically email your new member to remind them of all the features and support such as the web conference, blogs, viral rotator etc etc.

As your team builds, you may find it difficult to keep up with emailing them all. This is something you can automate (see 'Marketers Choice' and 'Contact Management' under the 'Tools' Menu.

Firstly let me stress the importance of player members, players are where the money comes from it's important we all have players in our team.

You should always encourage your new affiliate members to become players as well. Apart from the benefits of much better odds of winning, the Golden Ticket prizes etc etc, how can you be recommending something to others that you are not using yourself?

So with that said, what to do when YOU DO introduce a new player member?

1, Send your new player member a personal welcome email Click here to see an example email.

2, Periodically email them to let them know about other benefits of membership such as Grab a Grand, Golden Tickets etc an also encourage them to upgrade to an affiliate. Explain the affiliate program if needed or send a link to your e-lottery affiliate movie.

3, When there's a rollover, email them to let them know how to get extra syndicate places.

  What to do when you receive a 'Pending Membership' notification

From time to time, you will receive a 'Pending Membership' notification by email from member support. What this means is someone has started to complete the membership application but has not completed it. This could be for a number of reasons including, payment processing problems, decided not to join at the last minute or simply someone just being nosey! What do do?

1, Send them an email offering your help. Click here to see example email.

2, Periodically email these people as you would any other prospect until they join (rollover info, grab a grand, golden tickets etc) Another way is to email them and offer a free DVD.

Keep a list of these, contact them regularly.

Business cards have long been the network marketers ‘must have’ cheap promotional tool. They have a multitude of uses! They don’t have to cost much, in fact you can get them free (You just pay for the postage) from Vista Print )

  How do I enter a prospect into the VWD prospecting system?

Your e-lottery back office provides you with an excellent autoresponder to encourage your prospects to join e-lottery. Always try to get a persons email address when you speak to them about e-lottery, then you can automatically 'Follow Up' on them using the pre written email messages supplied by VWD.

Here's what to do with those contact details...

1. Log in to you back office, you can click here to do that. (You will need your members No. and password)

2.Once you are logged in, click on 'Prospects' from the top menu.

3.Then click 'New Prospect' from the menu on the left.

4. A form will appear where you can enter your prospects details. Enter their name, email etc then select what language you want the emails sent in. Then select the type (Business or Player) Tick the boxes 'Send grab a grand invite and anti-spam policy then click 'Submit - That's it job done!

The Prospect system sends 5 professionally written, personalised emails that will direct all interested parties to your guest website. Your Prospects will first get the Confirmation Email, which requires them to click to confirm they wish to receive further information. They will then receive 5 emails at 3-day intervals.
