| Leads
So we have
2 of the best marketing systems you can get
but where do we get leads? (a lead is
someone who we intend to introduce e-lottery
to)
With 20
Million lottery players in the UK they’re
everywhere. With approximately 48% of the
adult population playing week in, week out
the only thing stopping you making a
cracking income is the lack of action.
At the
supermarket almost every other adult is
lottery player. Half the cars in the street
or in the crowded car park are owned by
lottery players. Where ever you go if you
can see more than one adult you have a
prospect in sight.
There are 2
ways of generating leads - Online and
Offline (on the internet and not!)
Offline - a
few ideas!
-
What is it that every
person handles every day, gets passed on
to hundreds, maybe even thousands of
others and never gets thrown away? A:
Banknotes. Write on the edge at the
bottom (not on the Queens face!) ‘Extra
cash here
www.5-balls.com invite code 12345XX'
-
Talk to people! Sounds
obvious but there are still many who
don’t talk enough. It’s free! You get
better with practice and still the best
way to let others know about your
business.
-
Hot pockets – I.E. Small
envelopes halved with 9 or 10 flyers or
business cards in. Write ‘Free – Please
take one’ Stick using double sided tape
or Velcro to bus stops, phone boxes,
cash machines etc.
-
Junk Mail – Send back the
post paid envelopes with a card / flyer
with a note saying ‘Thank you for the
information on your products/services, I
will be looking at the information in
due course, meanwhile…
-
Your commission cheque –
Print on the back ‘Would you like to
receive cheques like this? Go to
www.5-balls.com invite code 12345XX'
(use a
rubber stamp)
-
Beer mats & coasters –
get some printed with your business
info, you will be surprised how many
publicans will jump at the chance of
free beer mats.
-
Book stores & Libraries –
Leave business cards in books,
especially business and self help
sections.
-
Festive tipping – Use
your company DVD, Say ‘Have this DVD as
a token of my appreciation of your hard
work this year, and hopefully, like me
you won’t have to work so hard next
year’
-
Answer machine – use you
answer machine to promote your business
by leaving an out going message.
-
Self adhesive labels –
Cheap! Print some with your business
details on – You can stick them
anywhere!
-
Posters – Put up posters
on busy traffic light junctions,
round-a-bouts, anywhere where traffic
slows down.
-
Fake Banknotes! – Print
some fake banknotes with your business
info on the other side and just drop
them anywhere! If your printing is good
enough, people will pick them up!
-
Speak to the right
people! – Postmen, Ticket Clerks, Shop
Keepers, Taxi Drivers, Telesales People.
Network Marketers need to sponsor people
who have contact with a lot of others
every day, all these people have just
that!
-
Car Parks – Drive to
large multi-story car parks and slip
your business cards (free business cards) in
between the driver’s door glass and the
rubber seal of every car there. Do this
also with 10-15 cars every time you park
in any car park.
-
Events – sporting events,
bingo nights, cinemas, concerts,
football matches, anywhere where large
groups of people congregate. Hand out
flyers or business cards as people leave
the event – not on the way in, there’s
more chance they will keep/read it on
the way out.
-
Your car – Invest in a
vinyl sign for the boot, advertise your
business here. If you drive any distance
during your day, just think how many
people will have seen your ad for free!
If you can’t afford a vinyl sign, just
place a simple A4 or A5 size ad inside
the back or side window.
-
Envelopes – Print a
quantity of envelopes that just have a
simple slogan and your the 5-balls
website address on them. Use these
envelopes to send all your mail
(Birthday cards, bill payments, letters
etc) many people see an envelope on the
way to it’s destination.
-
Lighters – Buy cheap
lighters from the Pound Shop (around £1
for ten) put a self adhesive label on
them then give them to newsagents to
sell – they get 100% profit you get
exposure for your business.
-
Car Boot Sales – Clear
out your attic! Make sure every item you
sell goes in a carrier bag that just
happens to have your business flyers
inside already! You could also have a
selection of company literature / DVDs
etc on your stall for people to take
away free.
-
Place free ads on
classified ad websites and newspapers.
-
Ever thought of putting a
sign or poster on the outside wall of
your house? Take it one step further and
put a large one on the roof, especially
if you live close to an airport!
I could
go on! But I'm sure you get the picture.
There are many many ways, some free, some
cheap and some expensive but the best one of
all is a free one and it is..
Just ask people "Do you play the lottery"
and give them a business card then walk away
- Job done.

These are just
a few ideas, the things that work for me.
Many people ask me how they can get there
own website and use it to promote e-lottery.
I have built successful websites but I don't
recommend doing it! It's a long long road to
success, it takes time and it takes money.
Remember the
goal here is to keep it simple, we
have a superb marketing system with 5-balls
for players and an equally superb system for
affiliates - the WOW system. All we all need
to do is get people to see these sites and
the system will do the rest.
As I said at
the beginning, with 20 Million lottery
players in the UK they’re everywhere. With
approximately 48% of the adult population
playing week in, week out ,the only thing
stopping you making a cracking income is the
lack of action.
Where ever you
go if you can see more than one adult you
have a prospect in sight.
People you
already know!
Make an
expanding list of everyone you know. For best results try to write out
100 names on your list over the next 48 hours. Then, each time you
think of someone new to share e-lottery with, add their name to the
list.
Use the Memory
Jogger to help you identify people for your list.
Use the Your
Names List to record all your contacts. (Please download these 2
documents by right clicking on the name or image and select "Save target
as" Then print them)
This list is so
important; we all know at least 200 people. I like to call it your never
ending list as you are always meeting new people - so add them to your
list.
Statistics show that
people who build lists generally succeed and statistics also show that
those who don't build lists generally fail. That's not me saying this -
it's statistical evidence, which group do you want to be in?
FROGS
F = Friends
R= Relatives
O= Organisations
G= Geography
S= Same
Make a list of your Friends names first, then Relatives
then Organisations you know
(societies, clubs, etc) then Geography (people you know
in other parts of the country or other countries). When you've done all four go round each list again
(Same) who do you know who is a friend of a relative, relative of a
friend, has friends in organisations etc etc and keep adding names. Use the memory jogger
to remind you of people you DO know!
Look in the back of
the Yellow Pages and go through each occupation asking yourself - Who do
I know or do I know who knows a... "Actor, Arborist, Baker,
Butcher, Cleaner, Clerk, Doctor etc" - go through the whole list...
Remember to split your list into 2
groups...
Group 1 to be: Lottery players
- Send them to
www.5-balls.com with your ID and
initials
Group 2 to
be: Entrepreneurs. - Send them to your
WOW site (follow instructions on the
WOW site)
Group 1 will
naturally be much bigger than Group 2.
Here’s why…
Group 1 -
There are approximately 20,000,000 lottery
players in the UK
This group of
people want to WIN big money!
Group 2 -
There are approximately 26,000 lottery
terminals in the UK
This group of
people want to EARN big money from
the 20 Million players!
Never be afraid
to ask for referrals. When speaking to people always ask
if they know anyone who would be interested. You will be surprised at
how many people you can introduce this way.
In the next 12
months imagine how many new people you will meet. Chances are you will
meet hundreds of new people. Always put yourself in a position where you
will meet new people. Seek opportunities, be creative.
When meeting
new people you have to be prepared and ready to share 5-balls with
them. Give them a business card and collect their business cards or contact information so
you can follow up at a more suitable time.
The speed at
which you do all of this is the most important part. If you do it
quickly and introduce some people then you start to build
momentum.
If you just
plod along and bring someone in every now and then; your business will
grow, but very slowly.
Momentum is the key, for you and people
you introduce. Take all out massive action for your first 90 days and
you will create a lot of momentum in your business.
Some
thoughts....
SW SW SW SW - Some
Will, Some
Won't, So
What - Someone's
Waiting...
Don't measure
results - It's not about results, it's about
activity - Enough activity WILL produce
results.
