Newsletter – New Day
Firstly an announcement regarding the weekly newsletters. Due to the end of week pressures that always occur on Fridays I have decided to change the day on which the newsletter is distributed. From today newsletters will now be sent weekly on Monday night.
Incredible as it may seem, this coming Saturday is November 1st and like it or not Christmas is coming!
With that in mind, from this week we will start sending out emails that contain relevant special offers and deals that will hopefully help you with your Christmas shopping and earn you and your friends commissions as well. These email will be in addition to the newsletter and are controlled by a different mailing list called ‘Latest Offers’ you can unsubscribe from any of the mailing lists either from within your admin area or simply by clicking the unsubscribe link contained in each and every email that you receive from us. Naturally we prefer if you stay subscribed and we always endeavour to keep the amount of emails we send you to a minimum.
Tri-Fold Flyers
Stock of the first delivery of the Tri-Fold flyers is now running short. Naturally we will be ordering further supplies shortly but in the meantime if you do wish to buy any I suggest you get on the phone today. Orders received before 2.00pm should be with you the following day.
The flyers are identical to those that you can download for free and print off yourself at home but home printing in full colour double sided would cost you between 50p and £1.00 each dependant on your printer, whereas these work out at 10p each when we take into account postage costs.
As promised these are being made available to you at cost price, bundled in packs of 125 at £7.50 plus postage & packing which is an unavoidable extra £5.00 making a total of £12.50 per pack.
These will be delivered to you unfolded as A4 sheets so that you can overprint or write on your own details. Then simply fold them as you use them.

Prices on quantities over 1000 are available on request however we recommend that you trial with one of these small amounts before ordering larger quantities.
The Power of Flyers
I wanted to pass on some knowledge about the sort of results that can be expected from cold flyers (a flyer simply posted through a door), at best the result is generally accepted as between 1% and 3 % for flyers delivered in this way so you would need to post a lot to get results.
The real worth of these flyers is being able to physically hand one to people. It may be a neighbour in your street, a person you meet in a supermarket or even when you pay your paper bill. If you buy just the minimum of 125 you will be surprised how easily you will find 125 people to physically hand one of these over to. For example think about giving one to the dustbin collector, the receptionist at the Doctors, your local gym, children’s football club, bar person, car wash attendant. The list is endless and handing them out in this way will achieve much better results than simply pushing them through doors and praying.
Simply say to the person you are giving them to “please take a look at this, I’m sure you will find it interesting. I’ll check with you next time I see you to find out what you thought”
Remember also that whatever you do and whatever you say, not everyone will join.
New Country Launch
I have good news and bad news on this so let’s deal with the good news first. The development is complete and we are in the final stages of testing.
Now the bad news, the legal complications are still holding us up which is very frustrating for us all. The reason for these extended delays is that our lawyers are making changes that will allow us to quickly expand anywhere in the world but essentially throughout Europe, America, Canada and Australia so I’m sure you will agree that the wait will eventually be worth it. With Christmas now approaching and the number of people joining in the UK rocketing it is now a possibility that we will not launch another Country this year. I appreciate that will be a disappointment to many of you and although Country expansion is always exciting do not forget that there are still over 30 Million adults in the UK that have never heard of Ei42 so do not be worried that you will run out of people to tell here in the UK.

The importance of regular team contact

How many times do you contact the people you introduced to ei42?

Why is it important to contact your ei42 friends?

The main reason is to provide support for them, to encourage them to keep on introducing new members.

But another reason is to remind them to use their ei42 shop! How many of you have bought something online (and that includes using ebay etc) but have forgotten to go through your ei42 shop? In the early days I know I did. I have now set my home page to my ei42 shop so every time I power up Internet Explorer it goes straight to my ei42 shop, that way I tend to remember to use it.

to all new friends you introduce. I had a downline member on my 4th or 5th level contact me the other day because the person who introduced them had not even bothered to say hello after they had signed them. Doing this sort of thing will NOT build your team and will NOT earn you any money. The support site is their to help all members of the team, please use it and let your teams know about it. If you don't like it or think there should be something else there - let me know. It is very important to communicate with each other.

How many of you are on FaceBook? How many have become friends on FaceBook? Many of you have not joined me as a friend and therefore don't know what I'm upto on there and how I am promoting ei42 on Facebook and other social networks.

If you want to earn from this business, there are things you MUST do and they are simple easy things but YOU have to do them! It won't work on it's own.

PLEASE PLEASE don't just introduce someone to ei42 then ignore them. Please make contact with them and give them support, encourage them to go find new team members. Show them the support site, show them what YOU have done, teach them things you know. It may just be simple things like how to set their home page to their ei42 shop (not everyone is internet savvy) or maybe you know of a good free classified ads site. Whatever you know, they may not and that little bit of info may just help inspire them and who knows - You may even make new friends!

None of us can have missed the events of the past two weeks and it’s only by using an orchestrated plan with countries working together will this financial mess be sorted out.
And only by people working together will the economies begin to recover.
In that sense the philosophy that created Ei42 is similar…..Teamwork….with everybody earning a small % of a larger share.
It makes no sense to me when someone is given a choice of going direct to a retailer’s website or using their Ei42 shop that they wouldn’t use their shop.
They get cash back…and their action causes others to have a share of the profit!
For this to happen people need to know about Ei42!
You’re lucky! Reading this means you’re already a member and you can buy from your own shop.
No doubt you have friends!  Have you shown them your shop?
Have you given them the opportunity to get cash back…for FREE!
There are some very hard times ahead but people will still need to buy things, particularly at Christmas, and online shopping is still increasing rapidly despite the current economic climate. So it makes sense to use Ei42 where profits are shared rather than let the retailer keep it all?

I am disappointed to report that the Tri-fold brochures have not yet arrived. In truth it was our fault as we made a last minute change to the paper on which these were printed which cost us a few extra days. I can assure you all though that it will be worth the wait and once we have stock we will make sure that we always maintain stock for you in the future. As soon as these are available I will send a brief mid week News Flash to you all so expect a second email this week.
New Countries
Naturally I am constantly being asked about which new countries we are planning and when will the next country be launched. I really hate to be vague on this but I can assure you all it will be as soon as is humanly possible. From a technical point of view we are within touching distance of the finish line and any likely delay in launch will not come because of development delays. At the moment we have a number of very expensive lawyers (why are they never cheap?) finalising the legal documentation required to allow Ei42 to expand internationally and not just in one other country. The legal team are working to provide what we require to operate globally and although that will not happen overnight it is truly our long term goal. As you can appreciate, that’s a lot of legal jargon that has to be written by a lot of people but unfortunately we cannot avoid any of it. As a result the next country launch will be a little while yet but rest assured there are some very exciting times ahead.
