Newsletter Friday 26th September 2008

Some of you will have already noticed quite a few changes in your administration area. As well as some of the changes being necessary to facilitate the launch of Ei42 into more countries, some changes simply improve the layout to give you quick and easy access to the things you are more likely to need on a regular basis. I hope you will be excited to see the inclusion of the icon to ‘Join Another Country’ which although it does not do anything yet we fully expect it to be functioning before the end of October.
NEW Feature

We added a new feature to allow you to contact your sponsor if you wish to do so. Your sponsor is the person who introduced you to Ei42 and he or she is part of what we call your "Sponsor Team". You cannot see these people in your team because they joined Ei42 before you, but you can now contact them using this tool. Simply click the ‘Contact Sponsors’ icon in your admin area to access this feature.
Please Note:
• This tool is NOT for general support enquiries which should ALWAYS be submitted through the helpdesk.
• When you use this tool to contact your sponsor team they are not obliged to reply to your request.
• When this tool is used by people that you have introduced to Ei42 you are not obliged to reply to them.
• When you use this tool to conatct your sponsor team you will reveal your email address to them.
• The only other information you will be sharing with your sponsor team is the contents of the message you are sending by using the tool.
Marketing Material Update
As mentioned in the last newsletter. We have ordered a large quantity of Tri-fold brochures which we will make available to our members at cost as soon as they are available. These should in our office in Coventry next week and I will therefore include the full details in next weeks newsletter.
