Newsletter Friday 19th September 2008

Well it’s been 2 weeks since my last newsletter and what a hectic fortnight it has been. This week I want to start by sharing some statistics with you that I think you may find exciting, useful and interesting.

This week we broke the 30,000 members barrier in the UK and so far in September 25% more people have joined than did in the whole of August (August grew 12% compared to July) not surprising there is a ground swell of excitement about the imminent launch of a new country and perhaps this has helped with the 25% month on month growth? I always think that statistics are something most of us can live without on a daily basis and that a lot of research is utter rubbish, for example, do you remember when John Major won (by a landslide) the election that he could not possibly win?
Statistics based on provable facts are something quite different though, so here are some facts about Ei42 that you may find helpful and encouraging because these demonstrate that what you believe to be true is not neccesarily the case.

Ei42 Launched in the UK February 1^st 2008 with 18 people

Of the 18 original members NONE of them are the top earner.

Of the 18 original members only one of them is in the top ten earners.

The person with the biggest team has over 6500 people in her team, joined at the end of March  and has over 850 people on Power 7. She was not one of the original 18 and is not in the top ten earners.

There are 9 people with more than 850 power 7 members.

One person has over 1600 power 7 friends. He’s not the top earner either, nor was he one of the first 18 members.

The biggest earner has introduced just 12 people to Ei42 who in turn told 41 others who told 92 more etc. Once again he was not one of the first 18.

According to Google Analytics Ei42.com has had 99,552 unique visitors since its launch which means that over 30% (1 in 3) of the people you told about Ei42 who actually visited the website ‘Joined’

Google has indexed over 80,000 pages about Ei42 (including your shops) and that figure is growing daily.

New Documentation

Ei42 Business Plan

I’m pleased to be able to announce that the Ei42 Business Plan is now available for download. This 24 page booklet is designed to seriously help you understand the Ei42 business model and is a detailed document that you can use to present the opportunity to potential new members such as friends, family, clubs, schools, charities etc. It is our intention to order a small quantity of these hard bound from the printers next week and these will be available to members at cost price. As always with Ei42 we make all the tools you need to build a business with Ei42 available to you for free. As a result you will always be able to download the PDF versions for free and simply read them on screen or print your own copy off at home. In addition if you prefer to get your local print company to print a copy for you then we have print ready artwork available FOC. Simply submit a ticket to our helpdesk and we will supply that for you.

Ei42 Tri-Fold Flyers

We have completely reworked the Tri-Fold flyer. It really is excellent and as usual its available for FREE download. You can print these off at home if you wish and you’ll notice that there is a space on the back where you can overprint your own details. Alternatively you can pre print 21 to a sheet Avery 64mm x 38mm labels for which this space is designed. Next week we will be ordering a large quantity of these Flyers and we will be making them available to members in small quantities (again at cost price)

Ei42 Administration Guide

We are currently working on a new and comprehensive administration guide which will be in the same format as the business plan. This will be available for download from next week.

NEW Feature

If you have your own website or a blog then you will probably be interested in this new feature that we have just released this week. In your admin area if you click “Gadgets & Widgets” you will see an option to “Add to my website or Blog” clicking that link will prepare the code you will need to put an Ei42 search Gadget on your website linking directly into YOUR Ei42 shop. Naturally if anyone searches your shop and buys something through it then YOU will earn commission.
